Make it comfortable
Move and resize the teleprompter. Choose your text size, line spacing, scroll speed and background shade.
Set separate colors for normal and highlighted text to make your script easier to follow.
Find your speaking pace
Use automatic scrolling, or turn on Voice pace to scroll when you speak and pause during silence. An elapsed timer helps you rehearse against the time you have.
Voice pace responds to microphone sound levels. It does not transcribe speech or follow individual words.
Stay in control
Click-through mode lets you use the window behind your notes. A visible shortcut reminder, editor control and system-tray or menu-bar controls make it easy to turn click-through off.
Keyboard shortcuts show or hide the teleprompter and start or pause scrolling.
Keep your notes local
Scripts and settings stay on your computer. No account, ads or analytics. Microphone access is optional, and audio is never recorded or uploaded.
Before you share your screen
Share your presentation or call window and check the preview in your meeting app. A full-display share may include the teleprompter on macOS.
