These terms apply to LittlesLog and Challenge, provided by David Barron. By using an app, you agree to use it lawfully and according to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Accounts and authorized use

Keep your sign-in account secure and use only accounts and records you are authorized to access. LittlesLog is intended for adult parents and caregivers, not for children to use independently. You must have authority to enter and share a child’s information. Choose caregivers carefully and review their access when your circumstances change.

Do not attempt to access another family’s data, interfere with the service, impersonate someone, or upload unlawful content. You retain ownership of your content and allow us and our service providers to store, process and display it as needed to operate the features you use.

Care records are not medical advice

LittlesLog helps you organize information. Logs, growth charts, percentiles and food or allergen tracking do not diagnose conditions, establish that a child is healthy or replace advice from your child’s clinician. Challenge scores and activity information are also informational. Seek appropriate professional care for health concerns; do not rely on either app for emergencies.

Sharing and synchronization

Information you share can be seen by the people authorized through the app. Network availability, device settings or software problems can delay synchronization. Review important entries and keep your own copy of information you need. No service can guarantee uninterrupted access or that every record will be accurate.

Privacy and deletion

Our privacy policy explains the information processed by each app, shared authentication, account deletion and the preservation of records still used by other authorized people. Removing the app from your phone does not itself delete your server account.

Changes and access

Features may change as the apps develop. Access may be restricted when necessary to protect users, investigate misuse or comply with law. Where practical, we will provide notice of a material service change. These terms do not exclude consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
